Server room required,
IT department optional.
Don't be fooled by its shape, just because it fits nicely in a rack doesn't mean you need to be a networking wizard to operate it. The Jellyfish Rack is just as plug and play as its counterparts but is even more expandable.
You Customize, We Configure
Every Jellyfish is built to meet your exact specifications. Our team of workflow experts can help integrate a Jellyfish into your existing workflow, or help design a new workflow that is fast, secure, and efficient. 80TB = 80TB RAW / 64TB Avail. / 47TB Usable
120TB = 120TB RAW / 96TB Avail. / 70TB Usable
160TB = 160TB RAW / 128TB Avail. / 92TB Usable
200TB = 200TB RAW / 160TB Avail. / 115TB Usable
RAW = Manufacturers stated disk capacity
Avail. = Amount available after parity (Virtual RAID60)
Usable = Actual available space after accounting for server overhead, RAID parity, & 20% performance buffer.
Every Jellyfish Rack can connect up to 4 Jellyfish Mobile Expansion chassis of any capacity for up to 1 Petabyte of storage.
Note: To expand existing pool, Jellyfish Expansion Chassis must be same capacity as the primary Jellyfish. If expansion capacity differs from primary capacity, separate pools will be created.
Example: 80TB Primary + 80TB Expansion + 80TB Expansion = 1 Pool equal to 240TB
To add Jellyfish Expansion Chassis with different capacity than the primary Jellyfish, discrete pools will be created.
Example: 120TB Primary + 80TB Expansion + 200TB Expansion =
1 Pool 120TB
1 Pool 80TB
1 Pool 200TB
